In the Procedure for provision of mortgage loan, including soft mortgage loan, at the expense of means Mortgage and the credit guarantee fund of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 22, 2016 No. 940 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 6, Article 1036 (volume I); 2024, No. 5 (the book I), Article 529) in part 3 "Requirements for provision of mortgage loan" to make the following changes:
2.1. In the first offer of subitem 3.1.10 after the word of "income" to add with words "(taking into account financial support of the military personnel according to Item 7.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 14, 2023 No. 2381 "About measures for assistance to training of youth in the military sphere")";
