About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, of 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 9, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of prolongation of terms of introduction of updated requirements concerning capital adequacy and liquidity on the consolidated basis of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for the regulation of activities of banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 20, 2012 No. 254, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 12, 2012 at No. 1178/21490 (with changes), the following changes:

1, 2 Items 13 of the Section I of the word "insurance company" to replace 1) in subitems with the word "insurer";

2) in the Section III:

in paragraph three of Item 2 of Chapter 2 "economic" to replace the word with the word of "prudential";

in Items 1, the word and figure of "Chapter 3" to replace 2 Chapters 6 with the word and figure of "Chapter 1";

In paragraph five of Item 2.3 of Chapter 2 of the Section VI of the word "insurance company" to replace 3) with the word "insurer".

2. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 05, 2024 No. 2 "About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine" such changes:
