Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning the viscose fibers artificial which are not subjected kardo-, to combing or other preparation for spinning classified by code 5504 10 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till September 30, 2027 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 5504 10 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "71C)" to replace with the reference "99C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 99C) of the following content:
