About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1207/2016 about approval of Sanitary regulations about cosmetic products

Based on part (2) article 6 of the Law No. 10/2009 on the state supervision of public health (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, the Art. 183), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1207/2016 about approval of Sanitary regulations about cosmetic products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 388-398, 183), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 3 the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health";

1.2. in the Provision:

1.2.1. in approval signature stamp the text "Appendix No. 1" to replace with the word "Appendix", and in all text of the Provision the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2.2. to state formula of harmonization in the following edition:

"This Resolution partially shifts Regulations (EU) of the European Parliament and Council No. 1223/2009 of November 30, 2009 about cosmetic products (CELEX: 32009R1223), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 342 of December 22, 2009, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2024/996 of the Commission of April 3, 2024.";

1.2.3. in all text of the word "state language" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Romanian" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2.4. change concerns only the text in Romanian;

1.2.5. add with Item 3-1 of the following content:
