Today as a result of the carried-out works on strengthening of social protection of the population in our country types of the social services and the help rendered from the state to the citizens needing support extended.
In particular, in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the National agency of social protection realizing state policy in the field of social protection of the population is formed and also in case of it Inson social service centers are formed.
With respect thereto there is need of refining for legal acts of powers of the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also the types of social services and the help rendered to the segments of the population needing support.
This Law to some laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the changes concerning assignment on the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of function on issue of benefit for burial, determinations of its powers in the field of protection of women against oppression and violence, and also exemption of the state fee in case of the appeal to courts on civil cases and administrative courts.
Besides, it is provided that the conclusion of medical institution in case of zaschityvaniye in leaving time length of service is not required for aged, reached 80-year age, needing foreign leaving, and also provision of the right to free use of urban passenger transportation lonely aged, living alone aged and persons with disability needing foreign leaving.
At the same time it is determined that the information on transactions on alienation of the apartment house (apartment) with condition of the perpetual maintenance and the agreement of life annuity, and also transactions on distribution of property of person which is under guardianship and other transactions directed to the solution of its destiny is provided to Inson social service centers.
