Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 23, 2020 No. 1300 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out the state assessment of medical technologies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 2, Art. 94; 2024, No. 9, the Art. 499) and of January 27, 2021 No. 61 "Some questions concerning agreements of the managed access and stop of action of paragraph one of Item 12 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2009 No. 333" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 11, Art. 466; 2022, No. 61, the Art. 3650) the enclosed changes.

1. According to the procedure of carrying out the state assessment of medical technologies, No. 1300 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 23, 2020:
Item 6 to add 1) with the subitem 6 of the following content:
"6) prolongation of validity of the managed access (prolongation) or the conclusion of the new agreement of the managed access concerning medicines concerning which agreements of the managed access were signed.";
Item 9 to add 2) with paragraphs of the following content:
"The applicant is responsible for accuracy of the information, containing in the statements and the file provided to them.
