About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedures of conducting medico-social examination

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Part one of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 252; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 6-7, of Art. 80; 2018, 43) to state Art. No. 6-7, in the following edition:

"Article 3. Disability is determined by expert inspection by bodies of medico-social examination of the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of health care".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About rehabilitation of persons with disability in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 2-3, of Art. 36 with the following changes):

The paragraph of the eighth part one of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"medico-social examination establishment of extent of steady restriction of life activity, group of disability, the reason and time of their approach, and also completion and approval of the individual program of rehabilitation of person with disability (the child with disability) within the strategy of compensation on the basis of the individual rehabilitation plan (in the presence) and comprehensive rehabilitation examination of person with life activity restriction";

2) in Article 7:

to add part one after the words "medico-social examination" with the word "relatively";
