About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" concerning refining of some provisions of the law
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with the following changes) the following changes:
1. In Article 7 part two:
1) in Items 1, of 2, of 7, of the 11-14 and 16 word "wounds, contusions, mutilations or diseases" shall be replaced with words "injuries (wounds, contusions, mutilations) or diseases";
2) in Item 15 of the word "wounds, contusions or mutilations" shall be replaced with words "injuries (wounds, contusions, mutilations)".
2. In paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 10 of the word "wounds, contusions or mutilations" shall be replaced with words "injuries (wounds, contusions, mutilations)".
3. In Article 10-1:
1) in part one Items 1-6 of the word "wounds, contusions, mutilations or diseases" shall be replaced with words "injuries (wounds, contusions, mutilations) or diseases";
In paragraph one of part of the third word "in paragraph five of this Article" shall be replaced with words 2) also in figure "in item 4 of part one of this Article".
4. State Article 18 in the following edition:
