1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of licensing of separate types of activity" of December 14, 2023 No. 678 the following change:

in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add with Items 220-7 and 220-8 of the following content:

"220-7. The licensing of the performed works in construction activities of the first level of responsibility excluding need of passing of licensing of the second and third levels of responsibility is performed in the presence:

1) petitions of one of cabinet ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for projects implementation of the state value;

2) at the licensee of the investment agreement with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic signed in accordance with the established procedure on the amount is higher than 10 million US dollars;

3) at the licensee of the agreement on public-private partnership signed in accordance with the established procedure on the amount is higher than one billion som;

4) statements from the subject of licensing on specific subject of designing and/or construction.
