1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out certification of appraisers in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 10, 2022 No. 312 the following changes:

To add 1) with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Recommend to Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic to organize professional development course of appraisers.";

2) according to the procedure of carrying out certification of appraisers in the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic - the non-state organization designed to express and protect interests of entrepreneurs of the republic, to promote development of national economy, production, scientific and technical and commercial intercourses of the Kyrgyz Republic with other countries.";
