About modification of the National provision (standard) of financial accounting 21 "Influence of changes of the currency rates"

According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial accounting and the financial reporting in Ukraine" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the National provision (standard) of the financial accounting 21 "Influence of changes of the currency rates" approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 10, 2000 No. 193, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2000 at No. 515/4736, the following changes:

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. Foreign currency transactions during initial recognition are reflected in reporting currency by recalculation of foreign currency amount using the currency rate for the beginning of day, date of implementation of economic activity (date of recognition of assets, obligations, equity, the income and expenses). The company can transactions on clearing settlements in foreign currency reflect in reporting currency in the amount determined in documents of bank taking into account features of application by bank of the currency rate for date of implementation of economic activity.";

2) to add Item 7 with new paragraphs of the following content:
