Some questions of ensuring functioning of the national database of energy and operational characteristics of buildings
(Extraction)

According to part five of article 15-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About energy efficiency of buildings" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the national database of energy and operational characteristics of buildings (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021 No. 681 "Some questions of ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 55, Art. 3401; 2022, No. 54, Art. 3173; 2024, No. 6, the Art. 273) and of December 23, 2021 No. 1460 "About implementation of systems of energy management" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 16, Art. 846; 2024, No. 46, the Art. 2865) the enclosed changes.

3. To provide to the state agency on energy efficiency and energy saving:

1) till April 30, 2025 informing the Secretariat of Energy Community on condition of accomplishment of the international obligations of Ukraine on providing model role of public authorities in increase in level of energy efficiency;

2) annually till April 10 preparation of the report on results of the filling of the national database of energy and operational characteristics of buildings provided by Procedure.

4. To provide to the public authorities, the companies, organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of management of public authorities:

1) till April 30, 2025 entering into the national database of energy and operational characteristics of buildings of information determined by Items 1 and 5 of appendix 1 to the Procedure;
