According to Item 220.2 of Article 220 of the Section VI of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of June 29, 2023 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine in connection with introduction of electronic traceability of turnover of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes" of the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 3173-IX:
1. Bring in form of the Declaration on the maximum retail prices on excise goods (products) approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 359, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2015 at No. 413/26858 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 15, 2021 No. 218), the following changes:
in the field 03 "Customs applicant" the word "surname" shall be replaced with words "the surname (in the presence), actually";
in the field 031 "Code on EGRPOU" shall be replaced with words the words "on EGRPOU" "according to EGRPOU";
in heading of the column 2 "Commodity Code (Products) on UKT Foreign Trade Activities" of the word "on UKT foreign trade activities" shall be replaced with words "according to UKT foreign trade activities";
in heading of the column 3 "The Description of Goods (Products) on UKT Foreign Trade Activities" of the word "on UKT foreign trade activities" shall be replaced with words "according to UKT foreign trade activities";
