Make changes to the application form about application of the simplified taxation system approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 16, 2019 No. 308, registered on September 24, 2019 at No. 1054/34025, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. Bring in form of calculation of the income for the previous calendar year preceding year of transition to simplified taxation system, Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of July 16, 2019 No. 308, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 24, 2019 at No. 1054/34025, the following changes:
