1. Bring in Regulations on implementation of professional activity in the markets of the capital activities on property management for the financing of construction objects and/or implementation of real estate transactions approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 13, 2021 No. 274, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 04, 2021 at No. 751/36373, the following changes:

1) in paragraph three of Item 2 of the Section and word "relevant decision" shall be replaced with words "the relevant resolution" (in two cases);
