About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About court fee" in connection with the Solution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of May 13, 2024 No. 6-P(II)/2024 on ensuring the principle of obligation of the judgment

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About court fee" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 14, Art. 87 with the following changes) the following changes:

Part the second Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Court fee is not levied for giving:

1) statements for review of the judgment by the Supreme Court in case of establishment by the international legal agency which jurisdiction is acknowledged Ukraine, violations of the international obligations by Ukraine in case of the solution of case by court;

2) statements for change or establishment of method, procedure and completion date of the judgment;

3) statements for turn of execution of the judgment;

4) statements for pronouncement of the additional judgment;

5) declarations of avoidance of marriage with person recognized in the procedure established by the law it is unknown absent;

6) statements for factual determination of mutilation if it is necessary for award of pension or receipt of benefit on obligatory national social insurance;

7) statements for factual determination of death of person, the missing person under the circumstances threatening to it with death or giving the grounds to consider it died from certain accident owing to emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature;

8) statements for provision to person of mental health services forcibly;

9) statements for obligatory hospitalization in TB facility;

10) statements for issue of the restrictive instruction;
