Questions of payment of shares can arise as in the course of construction of the apartment house housing cooperative (further - HCC), and after its completion. For the purpose of regulation of the questions arising in case of payment of shares in case of voluntary exit or exception of HCC in the course of construction of apartment houses by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus by the resolution N375 of June 6, 1996 approved Provisional regulations for procedure for indexation of the shares returned to citizens in case of their exit from housing cooperatives. Based on the specified Provisional regulations N32 Methodical instructions for indexation of the shares returned to citizens in case of their exit from housing cooperatives were developed and approved by the order of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of September 17, 1996.
