In the country the package of measures for decrease in administrative load of business by simplification of processes of submission of the reporting and statistical data in state bodies is implemented.
At the same time there is need of review of such offenses as reclamation by state bodies from subjects of entrepreneurship of statistical, financial, tax and other reporting, not stipulated by the legislation.
This Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the change providing establishment of responsibility for reclamation from subjects of entrepreneurship of the reporting which is not included in the Single list of reports and statistical data, represented by subjects of entrepreneurship to state bodies.
This Law will serve increase in responsibility of state bodies in case of reclamation of the reporting and to creating favorable conditions for implementation of business activity.
