In recent years in the country large-scale reforms on implementation of market mechanisms in agricultural industry and to creating favorable conditions for cultivation of agricultural products, to further enhancement of management system by water resources, and also to economical and effective use of water are performed.
At the same time there is need of increase for local link of effective management of water resources with ordering of relations between the water supplying organizations and water consumers, and also further decrease in role of the state in management of the agricultural sphere by cancellation at the legislative level of practice of the state order in production of cotton raw and grain.
This Law in a row of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the changes and additions providing tasks and powers of public institutions the "Suv etkazib berish of hizmata" formed based on departments of irrigation and specialized services in system of the Ministry of water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also approval of limits of water intake for agricultural needs district (city) Kengashami of People's Deputies.
Besides, are cancelled obligation of farms on ensuring delivery of products for the state needs according to the signed agreements of contracting and payments for water delivery services to producers of agricultural products.
This Law will serve implementation of system of effective management of water resources, ensuring free competition in agricultural industry and to increase in interest of producers of products.
