"1.3-1. Purchase and sale agreements of electrical energy between independent producers and energy consumers can consist in other form taking into account the single agreements attached to these rules.

"12.4. The independent electric power producer can sell the electric power made by him to the consumer, the state-owned electric utility company and (or) the power supplying company. The purchase and sale agreement of electrical energy between the independent power producer and the state electrical power company and (or) the power supplying company consists according to appendix No. 5 to these rules.
