1. In appendices of the application form about provision of government subsidy on expense recovery for hiring or subhiring (lease or the sublease) of the real estate (buildings, constructions, rooms, their separate parts) used as specialized shop for the trade in books approved by the order of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine of January 3, 2023 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 15, 2023 at No. 289/39345:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) copies of the documents confirming payment by the distributor of publishing products of the rent;";

2) in item 4 punctuation mark "." to replace with punctuation mark ";";

To add 3) with new Item of the following content:
