Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 7, the Art. 371) the following changes:

"Article 26-1. Status "Digital nomad"
The category of the foreign citizens having opportunity to receive the status "Digital nomad" is determined by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The rights and obligations of the owner of the status "Digital nomad", and also procedure for assignment of the status "Digital nomad" are determined by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Persons cannot be the applicant on receipt of the status "Digital nomad":
- committed crime against the world and safety of mankind;
- the made actions directed to incitement of interstate, international and religious strife;
- opposing sovereignty and independence of the Kyrgyz Republic, calling for violation of unity and integrity of its territory;
- condemned for crimes against the personality, the government, public safety and public order, and also property offense and procedure of economic activity.
