According to the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of March 19, 2012 No. 162 "About approval of inventories and samples of stamps for the certificate of results of implementation by the state inspectors on protection of the surrounding environment of radiological and environmental control of vehicles and loads and procedure for application of stamps", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 10, 2012 at No. 732/21045.

2. To provide to department of ecological assessment (Marín Shimkus) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Elena Kramarenko according to distribution of functional obligations.
