"3) critical infrastructure: the gas distribution stations providing with commodity gas of the organization, performing production of heat energy and meeting criteria of this subitem; the power making organizations performing production electric (over 50 MW) and (or) heat energy, the boiler rooms performing production of heat energy in zone of centralized heat supply (over 100 Gcal) (combined heat and power plant, state district power plant, hydroelectric power station, the GTPP, thermal power plant and boiler rooms, the organizations using renewable energy resources which except for are power making), substations of the system operator of 220 kV and above; subjects to drinking water supply - the water intaking constructions providing supply of drinking water to water consumers in number of more than 5000 (five thousand) people;".
