About cooperation in the fields of education and sciences
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic, hereinafter referred to as "Parties", and separately "Party",
in view of the existing national legal systems of the states of the Parties in the field of education,
aiming at full cooperation in the fields of education and sciences,
expressing readiness for further strengthening of the relations between competent authorities of the states of the Parties in the field of education
agreed as follows:
The parties will make efforts for development of broad, long-term and stable cooperation in the fields of education and sciences, and also will encourage establishment and development of direct connections between educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Azerbaijan Republic.
The parties assist experience exchange in the field of education, to exchange of information concerning structure and the organization of the education system necessary for successful cooperation between two states.
The parties inform each other on the international symposiums, the congresses, conferences and other similar meetings organized in the states exchange the scientific reports provided during these actions.
The parties will encourage exchange of visits of teachers, researchers, scientists and other persons of education system for the purpose of strengthening of bilateral cooperation in the areas which are of mutual interest.
5.1. Each Party, according to the national legal system of the state, on the basis of reciprocity annually provides to citizens of the state of other Side of 5 (five) quote places according to programs of bachelor degree on training in higher educational institutions of two states.
