About entering of the amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to determination of procedure of educational activities

In recent years in the country large-scale measures for enhancement of educational activities among different segments of the population are performed.

At the same time among the population, especially among youth, cases of implementation of unhealthy educational work within which in consciousness, culture and feelings of the population and youth different alien views and the ideas take root increase.

Now the increasing interest of the population in this sphere and its transformation into the main source of the income for persons working in this sphere creates need of its legal regulation.

With respect thereto the addition directed to determination of procedure of educational activities is made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About education". In this regard in the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility the responsibility for violation of requirements imposed to this type of activity is established.

This Law will serve enhancement of the legal basis of implementation of educational activities.
