In recent years in our country large-scale reforms on providing the population with housing and the organizations of rendering high-quality services in content of housing are performed.
Also for the purpose of ensuring stability in rendering services by the organizations managing apartment houses and condominiums there is need of ensuring timely payment of compulsory contributions and payments for the services rendered to the population.
This Law makes the additions in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing determination of the list of documents which need to be enclosed to the application in case of appeal to the court on civil cases with the statement about issues of the writ for collection of compulsory contributions and payments from owners of rooms of the apartment house.
Besides, additions and changes are made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee", providing release of governing bodies of apartment houses from preliminary payment of the state fee in case of the appeal to courts on civil cases and to economic courts with claims, statements and claims for debt collection for obligatory payments for the services rendered by them, and in case of complete or partial refusal in satisfaction of their requirements - collection of the state fee from these faces is pro rata to the size of requirements which satisfaction it is refused.
This Law will serve further strengthening of guarantees of the right to appeal to the court with request to protect legitimate interests of citizens and subjects of entrepreneurship, and also to further increase in level of achievement of justice.
