In recent years in system of law-enforcement bodies of the country large-scale works on providing the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of persons which are under administrative and probation supervision on protection of their life and health, creation of conditions for their spiritual and physical development are carried out.
At the same time despite the preventive actions performed now in the republic among the persons which are under administrative and probation supervision growth of the offenses made by persons which are under probation supervision that requires review of measures of legal impact in this direction is observed.
Besides, there is need of provision of additional powers to employees of probation of divisions of law-enforcement bodies for providing operational and effective measures on prevention of making of offenses by the persons who are under probation supervision, not observing the restrictions and obligations set by court.
This Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the changes and additions providing strengthening of corrective actions concerning persons which are under administrative and probation supervision and also expansion of powers of staff of divisions of probation of law-enforcement bodies.
This Law will serve the prevention of the administrative offenses made by persons which are under probation supervision and to increase in effectiveness of the corrective actions applied concerning them.
