This Law to the Code of penal procedure, the Code of civil procedure, the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility and the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about administrative legal proceedings makes the changes and additions determining concept of digital proofs, procedure for collecting, representation, fixing, survey, research and assessment of digital proofs, their storages, return and destruction.
