"Note. Are not administrative offense distribution of information on monkhood and monastic conduct of life, observance of vow of chastity (celibacy) and the related refusal of child-bearing and (or) making of the public actions directed to forming of attractiveness of monkhood and monastic conduct of life, observance of vow of chastity (celibacy) and the related refusal of child-bearing if such information and public actions are based on internal establishments of the centralized religious organizations or religious organizations entering into their structure.".
