For the purpose of increase in efficiency and enhancement of activities of interdepartmental collegiate organs, and also establishment of efficient control of their functioning, ensuring execution of the tasks determined in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the Presidential decree of February 28, 2023 No. UP-27 to the State program by strategy implementation of development of New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026 in "Year of care of the person and quality education" and also the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 11, 2023 No. UP-158 "About Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030":

1. Approve:

The list of interdepartmental collegiate organs which heads are subject to redistribution, according to appendix No. 1 *;

The list of the interdepartmental collegiate organs abolished since November 1, 2024 according to appendix No. 2*.

2. Establish procedure according to which:

interdepartmental collegiate organs in the republic are formed in the form of permanent (The republican commission, council, committee) and performing activities on a temporary basis (working group, the working commission) interdepartmental collegiate organs;

in acts of formation of interdepartmental collegiate organs the working body for the organization of their activities and control of execution of decisions is determined;

in acts of formation of the interdepartmental collegiate organs performing activities on a temporary basis the term of their activities and the mechanism of the held events are specifically specified, after this term the relevant interdepartmental collegiate organ is considered abolished and acceptance about it the separate document is not required;
