1. Agree with the following offers of the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of preschool and school education on raising on new stage of system of basic preconscription training of the studying youth by creation of vertical educational system of youth in the spirit of high patriotism providing:

a) implementation from 2025/2026 academic years of new system of increase in prestige of the subject "Basic Preconscription Training" (further - NDP) and coordination of activities of heads of NDP in the general average educational organizations (Presidential, creative and specialized educational institutions) (further - the educational organizations), at the same time to determine:

creation in the republic of updated training programs and textbooks in subject NDP on the basis of the principle "Feeling of participation in destiny of the Homeland, active living position";

teaching subject NDP in the educational organizations in volume of two hours a week.

At the same time inclusion in the basic curriculum of additional loading in volume of one hour a week at 10-11 classes;
