About introduction of amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 17, 2008 No. 366 and of April 6, 2016 No. 282

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 17, 2008 No. 366 "About approval of the Procedure for transportation of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, including hemp for the medical purposes, vegetable substance of cannabis and the made (made) from them medicines, in the territory of Ukraine and execution of necessary documents" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 31, Art. 977; 2024, No. 83, the Art. 4940) and of April 6, 2016 No. 282 "Some questions of licensing of economic activity on cultivation of the plants included in the table I of the list of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, development, production, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, realization (leave), import to the territory of Ukraine, export from the territory of Ukraine, use, destruction of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors included in the specified list" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, the Art. 1209) changes which are applied.
2. Cancel paragraphs two and third the subitem 23 Items of 2 changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 2016 No. 282, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2024 No. 1123 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 90, of the Art. 5805).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this resolution which becomes effective along with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2024 No. 1123 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 2016 No. 282".
