Article 1. Bring in article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the prevention of violence in family" of March 19, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 3, the Art. 197) the following change and amendment:
- in paragraph eleven to replace the word of "rates" with the word of "occupations";
- add with the paragraph the twelfth the following content:
"-notify the relevant commission on protection of the rights of the child on each case of domestic violence from which the child suffered;".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
