About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About grain and products of its conversion"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About grain and products of its conversion" of February 21, 2018 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2018, No. 2, Art. 65; 2021 No. 6, Art. 390) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
- in paragraph one sign and words", leguminous and oil-bearing crops" shall be replaced with words "and leguminous";
- word in paragraph ten of "quarantine objects" shall be replaced with words "other objects which are under quarantine";
- in the paragraph the fifteenth to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";
- add with the paragraph the sixteenth the following content:
"-the grain market - the wholesale system of permanent forming and distribution of inventories of grain, products of primary and further conversion providing interaction of producers and consumers when scoping and structures of production, and also quality and the price of products.".
2. In paragraph five of Article 4 of the word of "production structure of grain" shall be replaced with words "composition of the made grain".
3. In Article 7:
- add part one with paragraphs the third and fourth the following content:
"-determine sales price of grain and products of its conversion in compliance in accordance with the established procedure of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- sign agreements with physical persons and legal entities on implementation of sales activity of grain and products of its conversion;";
- add part 2 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"-provide the reliable and complete information for certification of quality of grain and products of its conversion;".
