Article 1. 1. To add part 1 of Article 149 with the paragraph the seventh the following content:

"-the foreign state has legal immunity.".

2. State Article 230 in the following edition:

"Article 230. Legal immunity of the international organizations

1. Legal immunity of the international organizations is determined by the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan and the laws.

2. The refusal of legal immunity is performed according to the procedure, provided by the law of foreign state or rules of the international organization. In this case the economic court considers case according to the procedure, established by this Code.".
