About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine concerning deprivation of the state awards for promoting or promotion of the state aggressor or making of other illegal actions against Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

Part one of Article 51 to add 1) with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1) deprivation of the state award of Ukraine";

Part the second Article 52 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. Additional punishments are deprivation of military, special rank, rank, rank or qualification class, deprivation of the state award of Ukraine, confiscation of property";

To add 3) with Article 54-1 of the following content:
