I ORDER:
1. Accept to realization the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for conducting forensic-psychiatric, judicial and narcological and judicial and psychological examinations" of 27.09.2024 No. 588.
2. Approve the following appendices:
- The instruction to creation of the conclusion of forensic-psychiatric examination (appendix 1);
- The instruction to creation of the conclusion of judicial and narcological examination (appendix 2);
- The instruction to conducting judicial and psychological examination (appendix 3);
- Procedure for the room, content and the statement from forensic-psychiatric expert department of persons who are not held in custody (appendix 4);
- Procedure for the room, content and the statement from forensic-psychiatric expert department of persons who are held in custody (appendix 5);
- Procedure for application of enforcement powers of medical nature concerning persons with mental disturbances who made socially dangerous acts (appendix 6);
- Procedure for the room, content and the statement from departments of forced treatment with high security of observation of the organization giving stationary mental health services (appendix 7);
- Procedure for the room, content and the statement from departments of forced treatment with the strengthened mode of observation of the organization giving stationary mental health services (appendix 8).
