Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of health of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic against effects of consumption of tobacco, nicotine and impact of environmental tobacco smoke and aerosol" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of September 28, 2021 No. 100) the following changes:

Item 42 of part 1 of article 2 after words "the nicotinocontaining liquid" to add 1) with words ", and also with heating element";

Part 4 of article 13 after the words "for tobacco smoking" to add 2) with the words "and uses of the nicotinocontaining products";

To add 3) with Article 15-1 of the following content:
