1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of licensing of separate types of activity" of December 14, 2023 No. 678 the following changes:
in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 168 with the note of the following content:
"Note: paragraphs two and third the subitem 5 of this Item move licensees according to Item 183 this provision. At the same time for distributors of medicines in the Kyrgyz Republic passing of pharmaceutical inspections on compliance to requirements of the Rules of proper distributor practice of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About approval of Rules of proper distributor practice within the Eurasian Economic Union" of November 3, 2016 No. 80, is voluntary for the period till December 31, 2025.";
- in Item 180 of figure "2025" to replace with figures "2026";
