About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:
1) regarding 1 Article 37:
a) add with Items 1-1 and 1-2 of the following content:
"1-1) to begin and conduct pre-judicial production;
1-2) to bring criminal case;";
b) add with Item 6-1 of the following content:
"6-1) to give to body of inquiry written instructions about production of dredging based on the resolution of the investigative judge;";
2) regarding the 2nd Article 39:
a) add with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1) performs interrogation according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 2 parts of 1 Article 153 of this Code;";
b) add with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1) carries out written orders of the investigator about production of dredging based on the resolution of the investigative judge;";
Article 152 to state 3) in the following edition:
"Article 152. Actions of body of inquiry upon the committed crime
Upon the committed crime the body of inquiry takes necessary measures for protection of the scene, preserving traces of crime, and also performs operational search and urgent actions for the purpose of detection of person who committed crime, search of stolen property, detection of actual data which can be used as proofs conducts interrogation according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 2 parts of 1 Article 153 of this Code.";
In paragraph one of part 5 of Article 153 of the word "after pronouncement of the resolution on refusal in initiation of legal proceedings" to exclude 4);
5) part 7 of article 170 after the word "investigator" to add with words "the official of body of inquiry,".
