About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following change:
to state Item 1 of part 1 of Article 455 in the following edition:
"1) about satisfaction of the petition for renewal of case on newly discovered facts and cancellation of sentence, determination, the court order, diversion, case referral to the prosecutor for the organization of pre-judicial production or in court for new legal proceedings;".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
