1. Make the following changes to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring economic safety and maintenance of financial stability" of September 4, 2024 No. 2024-P-14/41-3 (PS):

"The authorized companies determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic have the right to establish separate provisions by calculations concerning subjects of foreign economic activity.

The restrictions set in paragraph one of this Item do not extend to implementation of calculations in the cases determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure.".

2. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
