About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About veterans"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About veterans" of April 7, 1995 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan 1995, No. 7-8, of Art. 67; 1996, No. 3, Art. 48; 1998, No. 22, Art. 295; 2004, No. 2, Art. 41; 2007, No. 7, Art. 657; 2010, No. 1, Art. 18; 2020, No. 12, Art. 915; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 717; 2022, No. 12, h 2, Art. 779; 2024, Art. No. 1-2 24) following changes and amendments:

1. To state part one of Article 8 in the following edition:

"1. The state guaranteeing providing to veterans of worthy living standards, protects their rights, freedoms and interests";

2. In Article 13:

- state part one in the following edition:

"2. Veterans have political, social and economic and personal rights and freedoms and perform the duties provided by the Constitution and other acts of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.";

"-veterans of law enforcement agencies;".

3. In Article 19:

- in the paragraph second and third to replace the word "dismissed" with the word "leave";
