About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the address public assistance"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the address public assistance" of February 24, 2017 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, Art. No. 1-2, 19) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"-the address public assistance - the monetary or financial support given by the state to needy citizens (families);";

- word in paragraph five of "authorized state bodies" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body".

2. In the paragraph the second Article 8 the word "establishes" shall be replaced with words "develops, claims and publishes".

3. Add Article 10 with part 3 following of content:

"3. Necessary documents for receipt of the public assistance are developed, affirm and published by authorized state body.".

4. In parts 2 and 4 of Article 11, the paragraph the seventh "authorized state body" shall be replaced with words parts 1 of Article 13 of the word "the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".

5. In Article 17:

- in the name shall be replaced with words parts 1 and 2 of the word of "authorized state bodies" "authorized state body".

- after the word "in writing" to add the word "or electronically" to parts 3.

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
