About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About environmental assessment"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About environmental assessment" of April 16, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 4, the Art. 268) the following changes and amendments:
1. In paragraph ten of Article 1 of the word "the officials of state bodies responsible to perform the state environmental assessment" shall be replaced with words "ranking officers of authorized state body in the field of environmental assessment".
2. In Article 6:

- in part 2:

- word in paragraph three of "the organizations and movements" shall be replaced with words "associations";
- the fifth to exclude the paragraph.
3. To exclude parts 1 of Article 7 of the word "from the bodies organizing conducting the state environmental assessments" from the paragraph of third.
4. To exclude parts 2 of Article 15 of the word "in higher state body and (or)" from the paragraph of the fourth.
