About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About environmental audit"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About environmental audit" of December 26, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 12, the Art. 849) the following changes and amendments:

2. In Article 3:

3. In the text of Article 7, of part of 1 Article 9, of part 2 of Article 10 and the paragraph the seventh part 2 of Article 15 of the word "authorized body", "authorized body" and to "authorized body" respectively shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of environmental audit", "authorized state body in the field of environmental audit" and to "authorized state body in the field of environmental audit".

4. To state the text of Article 8 in the following edition:

"Licensing of activities for environmental audit is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system".

5. Add with article 17-1 of the following content:

"Article 17-1. The dispute resolution in the field of environmental audit

Disputes in the field of environmental audit are resolved according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".
