About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About environmental monitoring"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About environmental monitoring" of March 25, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 3, Art. 174; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 417) following changes and amendments:

1. To state the paragraph of the seventh Article 1 in the following edition:

"-system of environmental monitoring – set of managerial structures, potentials and means, and also information resources of public authorities, organizations and other subjects of monitoring into which power the solution of questions of the organization and carrying out environmental monitoring is included;".

2. In Article 6:

- add with part 2 following of content:

"2. The single state system of environmental monitoring of the Republic of Tajikistan consists of the following subsystems:

- state meteorological monitoring;

- state monitoring of condition and environmental pollution;

- state monitoring of atmospheric air;

- state monitoring of objects of flora;

- state monitoring of objects of fauna;

- state monitoring of hunting fund of animals and circle of their dwelling;

- the state monitoring of especially protected natural territories;

- state monitoring of glaciers.";

- 2, 3 and 4 respectively to consider parts parts 3, 4 and 5.

3. In Article 10:

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Authorized state body in the field of environmental protection is the authorized state body on the organization and carrying out environmental monitoring.";

2) in part 2:

- in the prolog of the word "within the powers" shall be replaced with words "has the following power";

- in the paragraph the twelfth to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";
