Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023 No. 1538 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and about modification of rates of the export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 39, Art. 7046; 2024, No. 1, Art. 220; No. 10, Art. 1409; No. 18, Art. 2465; No. 28, Art. 4034; No. 36, Art. 5458; No. 44, Art. 6621) following changes:

a) the fourth Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"concerning the goods classified by code of 2701 CN FEA EEU, from December 1 to December 31, 2024 inclusive;";

b) paragraphs two and third Item 12 to state in the following edition:

"Rates of export customs duties, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, are effective till December 31, 2024 inclusive.

Items 2 - 10 these resolutions are effective till December 31, 2024 inclusive.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2024.
