About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2022 No. 13

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2022 No. 13 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:
to exclude the paragraph of the sixth of Item 1;
in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.2.1 "Receipt of the special certificate of the head of temporary administration on management of insurance company", approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
the third and fourth subitem 1.2 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"The law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024 No. 344-Z "About insurance activity";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2014 No. 763 "About special certification in the field of insurance";";
in subitem 1.3.1 of the word "in parts one and the second Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for special certification on compliance to the qualification requirements imposed to the head of temporary administration on management of insurance company" shall be replaced with words "in part one of Item 21 of the Regulations on special certification in the field of insurance";
